This week, God really spoke to me through one of my son’s reading practice books. I began wrestling with the thought that not every seed planted grows into a plant. But - those things are not wasted. They often provide shelter and nourishment for other things to grow…like this acorn for a moth to lay its eggs and grow into new moths. Or like these ants that find a home for their colony.
Maybe the things we thought would grow out of the seeds we plant aren’t growing like we thought. But that doesn’t mean they are wasted. Maybe they are providing a home or nourishment for something else.
Take a look at the photos from this book and ask yourself…what are the seeds I’ve planted that aren’t growing? How might God want to use them for something else instead?
