There’s something about walking a labyrinth that grounds me. The slow turning. The rhythm of the steps. The way the path winds in and out until you find yourself—almost surprisingly—at the center.
Psalm 23 has long been a companion for me on that path. Its imagery of green pastures, still waters, and the Shepherd’s faithful presence seems to mirror the terrain of the labyrinth itself.
That’s why I’ve created something special for you this week:
An exclusive audio meditation on Psalm 23, designed to accompany you as you walk a labyrinth—or as you trace a finger labyrinth in the stillness of your own space.
In this meditation, I’ll gently guide you through each movement of the psalm as a way to slow down, open your body and heart to God’s presence, and return to that place of centeredness and rest.
Whether you're walking through transition, uncertainty, or simply longing for deeper union with God, this meditation is a space to be shepherded by grace.
